Government Land Sales Programme Reveal Tengah Plantation Loop Executive Condominiums

Earlier this year, the Government Land Sales Programme Reveal Tengah Plantation Loop EC (Tengah EC) was launched by the Ministry of National Development. This new development is a new initiative to develop the Tengah District into an environmentally friendly and sustainable area. The EC, which will be developed by Qingjian Realty, aims to be the first eco-friendly HDB town in Singapore.

Bukit Batok EC Qingjian Realty

Currently on the Confirmed List of Government Land Sales Programme (GLS), Tengah Plantation Loop EC is expected to be launched soon. The EC will be located in the Western part of Singapore. The proposed development is close to Bukit Batok and the city centre.

The EC will offer a wide range of features and amenities. Residents will also have access to the public transport system. They will also have easy access to parks and recreational areas. In addition, they will also have access to schools and shopping malls. Moreover, the development is set to create 90000 square meters of commercial space.

The development will be located near three MRT stations. This will allow tenants to commute to work in no time. In addition, the development is close to shopping malls and hawker centres.

Garden Residences

Located in a mature town in Serangoon, The Garden Residences Condo offers a unique setting within a lush green setting. It’s a city fringe development with several amenities nearby. Moreover, it is also close to notable educational institutions.

The development is being managed by Wing Tai Holdings, a reputable real estate developer. It offers full facilities such as indoor gym, tennis court, sun deck and children playground. It also offers different floor plans for families with different needs.

Listed under the Confirmed List, the Government Land Sales Programme has revealed the development of Tengah Plantation Loop Executive Condominiums (EC). Located near the Jurong East MRT station, this project will feature 375 units in a 99-year leasehold development. The project is expected to attract eight to 12 bidders.

The project is expected to be built within Orchard Road, and will feature twelve blocks of up to fourteen storeys. Each household will be provided with parking spaces. The developer also plans to achieve the BCA Green Mark GoldPLUS rating.

The development will also feature a community farm. This project is in a green belt area, and is in close proximity to schools, shopping malls and amenities. The project is also within walking distance of three MRT stations.

Bukit Batok Green and Substainably Developed Tengah District

Located within the Bukit Batok Green and Substantially Developed Tengah District Government Land Sales Programme, Bukit Batok EC offers a unique blend of nature and green technologies. This new estate is expected to be popular with first-time buyers and upgraders of HDB housing.

It is expected that the development will appeal to a young, health-conscious population. Many of the units will be built in close proximity to schools, shopping malls, public transport and other facilities. The new town will be designed with pedestrian-friendly streets separated from road traffic.

The new town will feature a thriving retail district, a town centre and residential towers nestled in lush greenery. The first EC in Singapore to be built with a car-lite blueprint, Tengah EC will be a new working and living space for the people in western Singapore.

Bukit Batok EC aims to be the first eco-friendly HDB town in Singapore

Located near the Jurong Innovation District, Tengah EC is Singapore’s first eco-friendly HDB town. It will also be the first to incorporate community spaces and green features.

Tengah town will be developed in partnership with a nature reserve. Its plan will include a 70-metre-long farmway, and green features such as community gardens and energy conservation systems. The town centre will also feature boutique shops, restaurants, and a public park. The town is also designed to be car-light.

Tengah EC will be located on Bukit Batok West Avenue 8. The development is expected to launch in 2022. The plot of land is 12,449.3 square metres. It has been included in the Confirmed List of Government Land Sales Programme. The sale price is expected to be $650 a square foot.
